Hey there: I'm Joel.
I run Wilderland Properties, a small business focused on buying vacant land directly from property owners.
Over time, I noticed that a lot of people end up with land they don’t really need anymore. Sometimes it was inherited, sometimes it was bought years ago as an investment, and sometimes life just changes.
Whatever the reason, selling land the traditional way can be slow and complicated. Listings, agents, and months (maybe years) of waiting just don’t make sense for everyone.
That’s why I started Wilderland Properties — to work directly with landowners and make the process a lot simpler.
